What Does the Coordinator Do?

Planning Participation

The Life Safety Systems coordinator works alongside the Fire Marshals and Building Inspectors, as well as design and planning professionals on any university project, to assist in efficient strategy, planning, and specification of life safety related features. This is a critical step in assuring safe environments to support the University’s research and educational missions. All parties are encouraged, and may be requested, to involve this program in these processes. Please feel free to contact the coordinator through the Fire Marshal and Building Inspector’s Office.
