BACKGROUND CHECKS AT UCONN HEALTH
Human Resources conducts background checks on all new employees, contractors, vendors and students in accordance with federal government mandates. Background checks for vendors and contractors are done on a yearly basis and have a fee of $75.00, payable by check or credit card.
Checks can be made payable to UHC Background Administration. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. Please email completed background form to backgrounds@uchc.edu. Forms may also be mailed along with a check to UConn Health Background Administration, 263 Farmington Avenue, MC 3925, Farmington, CT 06030.
